Successfully finished the job at AGMF (Asean Governors and Mayors Forum) in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia August 2025.
I supported the bilateral meetings between Japan and 3 other countries (Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines) and also with the Secretary General of UCLG ASPAC.
It is an honor for me that the Japanese side prefer me to do the interpretation so they did the extra effort to fly me from Jakarta to Kuala Lumpur just to assist them in the meetings.
Supporting Podcast conducted by Indonesian Ministry of Home Affairs where I was in charge for interpreting the Japanese expert regarding the Waste Water Based Epidemiology.
Japan Association for Construction hired me as VIP’s Main interpreter along with my team (total 3 VIP interpreters including myself and 6 Booth interpreters) for their event Japan Construction Hands On Workshop 2024.
It was an honor for me because the client directly said that only me that they trust to handle the VVIP’s interaction.
I’m happy to be selected as the Interpreter for supporting Governor of Shiga Prefecture Japan during the World Water Forum 10 in Bali, Indonesia.
First, we have the GMS (General Meeting of Shareholder) season during mid year. This is because every company in Indonesia has to conduct the GMS within 6 months after they submitted the final audited financial report.
This year I provided my service to several companies, due to the sensitivity I will not disclose the name. But I can say that one company is a subsidiary company from a big Oil and Gas industry, and one company is a subsidiary company from a big Retail industry.
Actually I was also scheduled for the GMS of Panasonic’s subsidiary company like I did in the previous year, however unfortunately they suddenly changed the schedule and I already had another client on the updated schedule.
Second, we have a Government Bilateral meeting represented by PUPR(Indonesian Public Works and Housing Ministry) and MLIT(Japan Ministry of Land and Infrastructure).
Third, we also have several International Seminar/Summit during this time of the year. I provided the Japanese English Simultaneous Interpretation service for :
The last event which is the Japan Asean Business and Investment Forum was quite special because they contacted me in person and I provided many services such as:

Indonesian Government is trying to relocate the capital city from Jakarta to IKN (Kalimantan / Borneo Island). A lot of preparation and early stage construction has been put in place.
Since the 2nd term of 2022, I have received several projects from Japanese clients that put some interest in the IKN project. Some of the interpretation support that I’ve done including a high level meeting between Japan and Indonesian representative in this case the Ministry of Public Works and Housing. Some in-depth-interview with government officials regarding the planning and development of the new capital city and so on.
Finally in 2023, some of the Japanese companies delegation team head out to see the IKN construction in person and I’ve been chosen as one of the interpreter to support them.

When the capital city officially relocated to the new location, will the interpreter’s job will also moved from Jakarta (Java Island) to Kalimantan (Borneo Island). Let’s see what the futures hold for us.
2022 has been a great year for me. I have received many Interpretation projects to support several High Profile Meetings such as G20 Side Events and so on.
Here are my last 2 High Profile meetings to end this Great year.
1. Meeting between Indonesian Ministry of Public Works and Housing and 12 Japanese Companies Representative Lead by JBIC.
2. Meeting between Indonesian Coast Guard and ClassNK Japan.

Kajiwara is a leading cooker and mixer manufacturer from Japan with market share more than 70% in Japan market and has a branch in Singapore as their sales representative in the South East Asian region.
This is the first Allpack exhibition since the pandemic hit Indonesia. The last Allpack exhibition was in 2019. It is a very good sign that the exhibition industry (MICE) will recover and back to normal again soon.
It is an honor to be trusted once again as the interpreter for a high-level meeting. This time I was hired by MLIT (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism) Japan for the ASEAN Transport Ministers Meeting in Bali.
